Sapientia Marketing (“the app”) is provided by Sapientia Information Solutions Inc., Cebu City, Philippines (“Sapientia”, “we”). By creating an account or connecting a channel you agree to these terms on behalf of your business (“you”).
What the app does
The app helps you plan, write, approve and publish your business’s own posts and videos on the channels you connect (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others), answer your customers’ messages, and see your results. Nothing is published, sent or paid for without an action by you or a rule you switched on.
Your account and channels
- You connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and you can disconnect them at any time under Settings, Channels.
- You are responsible for what you publish: it must be truthful, lawful and follow each platform’s rules (including Meta’s and TikTok’s community guidelines, branded-content and music-usage policies) and Philippine law, including the Consumer Act and the Data Privacy Act.
- Promotions with mechanics (raffles, contests) need the permits the law requires; the app reminds you, but obtaining them is your responsibility.
AI features
The app can draft text, scripts, voiceovers and video scenes with AI. Drafts can be wrong: read and edit them before you approve. AI video and voice use stock models only; the app never imitates a real person’s voice or likeness.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in Philippine pesos through PayMongo or bank transfer. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid month. Usage-based extras (such as AI video seconds) are shown before you use them.
Your content and data
You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you. How we handle personal information is described in the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the app running but cannot guarantee that a platform (Meta, TikTok, payment or SMS providers) accepts every post or message, or that it is available at all times. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will say so in the app. Questions: workwithsapientia@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines; the courts of Cebu City have jurisdiction.
